Vincotto - Produce of Italy
This product produced exclusively by the Calogiuri family. It is a
totally natural product containing only the ‘cooked must’ of 2 varieties of
grapes, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera, which has been aged in oak barrels for 4
years. It is described by Italian chefs as a sweet velvety vinegar with the
subtle overtones of spices, grapes and plums.
