This award winning oil is blended on the estate and  made up of 60% Picual, 20% Arbequina and 20% native varieties: Genovesa, Blanqueta and Alfafarenca - the result is nothing short of amazing. The oil has an intense fruitiness, and has notes of newly-picked tomato, apple, green almonds, fresh herbs, kiwi, artichoke and aromatic plants.
