Leblanc Tarragon Vinegar (flavoured white wine vinegar)
Made with fine white wine vinegar and freshly
picked tarragon which gives it a distinctly herbal edge. Tarragon vinegar is
used to add flavour to cooked vegetables, such as green beans. This
superb French vinegar is ideal for use in salads with green onions and sautéed
potatoes or it can be used for a Bearnaise sauce. It can also be used with
beef, pork, poultry or fish.
