All orders over £40 are delivered FREE on
Mainland Britain. Orders under £40 will be charged £7.65
for carriage, this is automatically added at the checkout. We
DO NOT deliver outside of Mainland Britain. If you live outside
this area please contact us by telephone or email and we will try to help you
but delivery charges tend to be prohibitive.
We use a Secure Payment Provider (SECPAY). This enables us
to offer a fully secure automated credit card payment system for all internet
transactions. This system means that nobody has access to your card details
as they are authorised directly with the bank. This system has been approved
by all of the leading banks and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
For orders placed online or by telephone payment
is by credit card only.
Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro & Solo.
For orders placed by post we also accept cheques, we prefer
not to receive cash.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days
of receipt of the order and will arrive within 3/4 working days.
**Please note we do not despatch goods on a Friday to avoid them waiting in
the courier's warehouse over the weekend**
We guarantee that if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase
you may return it and we will refund the cost of the original purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
