Orange Polenta Pudding

Preparation 30 mins. Cooking time under 10 mins.

300ml/1/2 pint whole milk
250g/9oz Instant Polenta
1 orange, peel removed, cut into pieces
1 lemon, peel removed, cut into pieces
1 tbsp double cream
cocoa powder, to dust
1 slice orange, to garnish

1. Heat the milk until almost boiling and then add polenta. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the orange and lemon pieces and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the cream.
3. To serve, pour into a bowl, sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with a slice of orange.
