Privacy Statement

Payment: We use a Secure Payment Provider (SECPAY). This enables us to offer a fully secure automated credit card payment system for all internet transactions. This system means that nobody has access to your card details as they are authorised directly with the bank. This system has been approved by all of the leading banks and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. The SECPAY system also allows us to take Credit Card details via the telephone, we have a strict policy that as soon as the card details have been processed, they are destroyed. Any postal orders can of course be paid for by cheque, we prefer not to receive cash unless goods are collected directly from us.

Methods of Payment: For orders placed online or by telephone we accept payment only by Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro. For orders placed through the post we also accept cheques but prefer not to receive cash.

Delivery: We have tried to keep our charges to a minimum. All orders over £40.00 have FREE delivery on MAINLAND UK, orders under £40.00 incur a charge of £7.65. For customers who live outside Mainland UK please contact us by telephone 01460 242588 or email feedback@getoily.com and we will try to make suitable arrangements, speak to Liz or Sue.
If your order is received before 1pm it will be dispatched on the same day or on the next working day (goods are not sent out on Friday because they are then in transit over the weekend).
All of our deliveries are made by a national carrier service, this offers, in most cases a next day service. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday- Friday. It is important that if you may be out we have an alternative arrangement ie. Leave in garage or with neighbour. Many customers find it convenient to have goods delivered to their place of work.

Back orders: If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you by telephone or email giving you the option to: 1. Cancel your order. 2. Receive a suitable substitution. 3. Wait until we can supply the original goods.

Cancellation: You, the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after the goods are received. We will in all circumstances refund the cost of purchase within 30 days of cancellation, should you return the goods the cost of postage will also be refunded.

Guarantee: We want you to enjoy your purchase...all our products are warranted to be of the highest quality.
If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it and we will refund the cost of postage and the original purchase.

Complaints: We hope you will never feel the need to complain, but if you do we will acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days. Also keeping you updated with progress on resolving it.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use any information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

The information we collect from you has 2 purposes, firstly, to process and deliver your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

If you would prefer not to receive any marketing email (e-newsletter) from us please telephone Sue on 01460 242588 or email remove@getoily.com and put 'No newsletter' in the subject line.

Also on any future correspondence (newsletter) from us there will always be an opt out option to refuse any further newsletters, we only send 4 or 5 per year.

We do not pass your details to any other company or organisation for marketing or any other reason.
