Oleum Viride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Haza las Lajas Estate in southwestern Spain's Sierra de Grazalema
Natural Park lies 500 meters above sea level, has steeply sloping
lands, and enjoys the highest rainfall in all of Spain. Because of the
extreme climate, the Manzanilla de Zahaea and Lechin olive
trees of the region produce a low volume of oil, which
translates into an extremely high quality, concentrated, first cold
press oil. Smooth and fruity, with light notes of pepper it's an ideal
partner for vegetables, pastas and artisan breads.
