Extra Virgin olive oil produced using only Picual olives from the first pressing. It is a full bodied, bold, intense and charmingly bitter oil with a strong character. The oil enhances the flavour of fried food, especially potatoes and is an excellent base for fried onions and tomato sauces, stews and hotpots. It can also be enjoyed to the fullest on a slice of French bread.
