Lodovico Campari Grade 15 Balsamic Vinegar

Lodovico Campari's balsamic vinegar is made from grapes picked only from Trebbiano vineyards. The grapes are pressed immediately after they are picked and the must is then fermented in open top barrels until it has reduced by two thirds. The cooked must is then put into oak barrels and aged for up to 15 years.

The vinegar has a beautifully rich colour and velvety texture. With a lovely full flavour complete with hints of chocolate, figs and toasted malt, this balsamic complements perfectly both sweet and savoury dishes. This really is a very special addition to your kitchen ingredients.
