Jose Paez Lobato 4 Year Old Sherry Vinegar
This excellent entry level Sherry vinegar is made by José Páez Lobato in Jerez. It is made from the native Palomina grape and then aged for four years in oak barrels. The vinegar is perfect for all types of Spanish cooking and for dips.
