José Páez Lobato 8 Year Old Sherry Vinegar
This excellent aged Sherry vinegar is made by José Páez Lobato in Jerez. It is made from the native Palomina grape and aged for eight years in American oak barrels. The vinegar is perfect for dressings, cold sauces, meats and fish.
