Produced in the hills of Castiglione della Pescaia, this oil is a carefully crafted blend of Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo olives. The olives are hand picked in October and the oil is green with hints of yellow, unfiltered with some natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle. It has a fruity taste, with scents of freshly cut grass and hints of artichoke and wild flowers. The oil is fresh with a pleasantly bitter sensation to the palate, reminiscent of artichokes with just the smallest hint of spice.
