Borgo Satin
Secco del Borgo is the traditional name for wine vinegar and it is made
from white Trebbiano grapes. Secco del Borgo is prepared in the old traditional
way of turning wine into vinegar in the presence of wood chips. It is then
mellowed in oak casks where it takes on its warm amber colour and acquires it
taste. Secco del Borgo is recommended on fresh salads and marinades.
Available in 130 ml bottles.
