This superb Cretan oil is made from 100% Koroneiki Olives. It is ideal for dipping, dressing salads and healthy cooking. This oil is characterized by a fruity taste, with a slight taste of apple and fresh grassy taste. It has a light bitterness but overall it is well balanced oil. The oil mellows and softens with age.
