A two Gold Star Award Winning Oil in the Great Taste Awards, Barbera Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made
with a carefully selected blend of Ogliarola, Cerasuola, Biancolilla, Coratina olives. The
olives are harvested by hand between November and January. The oil is golden
green in colour and it has a delicious fruity flavour, spicy aroma with
the hint of an almond finish. It is a versatile oil, excellent for both cooking
or adding that finishing touch to your favourite dish.
