This new range of flavoured oils fromo Manfredi and Barbera are made using the classic recipes that combines their extra virgin olive oil with natural extracts. The Mediterranean Herbs oil or “Erbe Aromatiche Mediterranee” is made combining sage, oregano, rosemary and is ideal to use on on mixed salads or to a defining touch to barbecued foods.
