This new range of flavoured oils from Manfredi and Barbera are made using the classic recipes that combine their extra virgin olive oil with natural extracts. The Citrus flavoured oil or “Agrumi di Sicilia” is made combining lemon, orange and mandarin and is the ideal the ideal seasoning for fish carpaccio or salads.
