This Red Label Balsamic Vinegar of
Reggio Emilia is made with cooked must from grapes grown in Italy's
Emilia Romagna region. The Vinegar
is slowly aged in oak casks which develops a full, mellow flavour that perfectly blends sweet and sour. This vinegar is recommended
for those special dishes, with fresh strawberries, ice-cream or Parmesan cheese.
