Principato di Lucedio Arborio Rice
The Arborio variety is the most widely known of the Italian rices. With its long
thick grains, the heat softens the outside whilst leaving the starch-rich centre
al dente. Great for producing classic risotto, it can also be used for
pilau.
The high degree of starch renders a very creamy texture but retains a
slight bite.
