This Balsamic Vinegar is dark with red
glints, thick density sweet and sour
flavoured and aftertaste of different kinds of the woods where it ages. It is pleasantly
sweet, slightly bitter, with flavours of Trebbiano cooked must. This vionegar is an excellent condiment to season cooked and barbecued vegetables,
french fries or boiled potatoes, salmon, pizza, rice, boiled roast or grilled meats, fish, Caviar, cheeses, vanilla ice cream, fruit
salads.
