Virgin Olive Oil from Crete - BIOLEA This fabulous oil is first cold pressed and stone ground from only Koroneiki olives grown on the Astrikas estate in north west Crete. The Dimitriadis family have been producing oil on this estate since the mid-18th Century. The oil has intensely grassy, herby aromas and flavours with a good burst of pepper. The Lemon oil is created by milling lemons with the olives to produce an oil which explodes with the flavour and aroma of lemons. |
